This movie has time travel which I was not expecting. At first I thought this was a bit far fetched, it is, but the movie is good. It's action packed, suspenseful, and interesting to try to figure out the clues as you watch it. This movie stars Denzel Washington as ATF agent Doug Carlin. The movie begins with a terrorist bombing of a ferry in New Orleans. As agent Carlin comes on the scene we see he is a good investigator. He also finds another crime involving a woman made to look like she died in the explosion, only she died hours before. Agent Carlin starts to put the pieces together and connects the two. The movie also stars Val Kilmer as an FBI agent who brings Carlin onto his team to investigate and discover who set the bomb. They use government satellites and other high tech devices to look at the past...but they can only see exactly 4 days and 6 hrs behind them, no sooner. What is this technology really? I was watching for the deja vu part all along which doesn't really come into play until later in the movie. I found the movie very interesting and it kept me watching. The more you watch you could see the clues and things from the beginning of the movie start to come together. Pay attention to the movie, it makes it more interesting. I would recommend this movie if you're looking for a good action/suspense movie. |
