How do I change my profile?
To change your profile click the "edit profile" button near the bottom of the profile section.
Your current information will be displayed on the left. Enter your new information on the right.
Finally click the "save changes" button near the bottom of the edit section.

How secure is my information?
Your personal information is kept confidential. Any information you wish to disclose to the public can be done so through your public profile. We value your privacy and will not will not sell, trade or share your information with any other company, organization or individual, nor will this information be used for advertising purposes, unless consent is explicitly expressed by the member.

Can everyone see my profile?
Only Popcorn Monster members who are logged in can see your profile.
If you do not choose to make your profile public, only your username will be displayed.

How do I become an editor?
To become an editor you have to work your way up the ladder of trust. Your administrative privileges are based on how much you contribute to the Popcorn Monsters web site, how long you have been a member, administrative test scores, as well as other factors.

What are the administrative levels?
There are several administrative levels or roles that keep the Popcorn Monsters web site alive.
1. New user - Those who have recently joined and have written a few reviews.
2. General user - Those who have written several reviews and have earned at least 100 monster points.
3. Advanced user - Those who have contributed significantly and have earned at least 1500 monster points.
4. Junior editor - Those who have earned at least 3000 points and have passed the junior editor test
5. General editor - Those who have earned at least 5000 points and have passed the general editor test.
6. Senior editor - Those who have earned at least 10000 points and have passed the senior editor test.
7. Administrator - Those who have earned more than 20000 points and have passed the admin test (not available to all users).
8. Super Administrator - Those who have passed the super admin test (not available to all users).

What do I do with the Monster points?
Monster Points are kind of like currency on the PopcornMonsters.com, if you do something good for the site, you will get rewarded with Monster Points. You can take those Monster Points and Buy stuff from the Prize Catalog, or you can use them to enter Contests. There are two levels of Points: Monster Points, and Prize Points. Prize Points can be used to buy stuff, and when you buy something your prize points will go down. Your Monster Points will never go down, they show the number of points that you have collected since joing PopcornMonsters.com. The more Monster Points you collect the higher you move in the food chain. The higher you move in the food chain the more priviledges you will have on the site.

Can I add a custom avatar?
If you have earned more than 500 monster points, you are eligible to upload a custom avatar. Custom avatars are subject to approval, and cannot contain imagery that is offensive in nature or otherwise considered unacceptable by a senior editor.
