I've read many books about Jesse, Frank, the Youngers and the Missouri Bushwackers. I could be wrong,,,but I don't recall anything about Jesse executing members of his gangs. I do know that Frank was five years older than Jesse. Sam Shepard could have been his dad. There is a History Cnannel show on Jesse that is way better than this movie. If you really want to learn about Jesse and Frank there are a lot of books. Most are 10% shoot em up and 90% politics. This movie was more boring than most of the books. If you want entertainment,,,stick to The Long Riders and American Outlaws. If you want to learn about Jesse,,,buy some books. If you're turned on by Brad Pitt, this DVD should be really cheap, soon..
